I ended up ordering from infotainment.com because the dealer quote was higher, and I really didn’t want to throw away extra money for the same kind of setup. It still wasn’t exactly cheap, but considering what came included, I feel like I got a solid deal and didn’t miss out on better value. Shipping took a bit longer than I was hoping, so I’m giving it 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I ordered from infotainment.com and figured it would take a while, since a lot of similar sites I’ve used in the past seem to sit on orders for days before anything moves. This was different though — I got tracking quickly, and the package showed up at my door just a few days later.

Everything was packed well and arrived without any issues. Compared to some competitors I’ve dealt with, the whole shipping process felt much smoother and faster than expected. Definitely happy with the experience.

I had a small issue with my unit and expected the whole warranty thing to turn into some epic nightmare. But Infotainment.com got back to me quickly and walked me through the return without making it a huge ordeal. No weird runaround, no endless back-and-forth, just a simple process that actually made sense. I’d definitely buy from them again.

I was having a bit of a headache getting my new radio unit working right after the install, mainly the backup camera and the steering wheel buttons. I thought I had everything plugged in Correctly, but something was still off.

I contacted infotainment.com and their tech support was actually really easy to deal with. They walked me through a few things and didn’t make me feel dumb at all, which I appreciated. After I sent them some pics, they noticed one plug wasn’t seated all the way.
Once I fixed that, everything started working like it Should. The camera works, the buttons work, and I’m Happy with the setup now. Really solid support and I’d definitely use them again.

I got the kit from Infotainment i was a little nervous going into the install, but it ended up being straightforward. I did have to pause for a bit to figure out one of the plugs, and I kept double-checking myself to make sure I wasn’t missing anything, but it all came together fine. Overall, it went smoother than I thought and I felt relieved once everything was working

I had a small issue with my order and support did get back to me quickly, which I appreciated. They were helpful and got everything sorted without much hassle in the end. That said, some of the communication at first was kind of vague, so I had to ask a couple extra questions to understand what was actually happening, which was a little annoying. Overall though, I’m happy with how it turned out.

I’ve been using this system for a bit now and it literally works just like it’s supposed to. No issues so far, and everything has been running great.

This fit my Jeep with no issues at all. it was a solid buy and definitely worth it.
