The system came in a very nice package. The system installed very easily. The only issue I have was that the black mounting bracket that has four screws was damaged either from the factory or in delivery. I called infotainment and asked for a replacement bracket but haven’t heard back or received a replacement part.

Considering the alternative of $1,200+ for a new replacement radio for my wife's car, the $299 repair option is what brought me to Infotainment. Everyone involved with the process were professional, informative, and courteous. David was extremely helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem I was having over the phone. Turnaround time was as anticipated, without delays. The radio worked perfectly when I reinstalled it. Great experience!
